Born Pretty Store Leaf & Feather Stamping plate review

I hope you are not already bored with my stamped nails, because today I have a new stamping plate review that I received from the Born Pretty Store

If you like to have delicate feathers on your nails and you're not skilled enough to paint them freehand, this plate is perfect for you. I am talking about the plate BP18 - Leaf & Feather Nail Art Stamp Template Image. Besides the feathers, as you can see you can find leaf images, theatrical masks, abstract swirls and an umbrella pattern. I find them all very cute, especially the umbrella :)!

Here is my manicure. I used a dark base polish and I stamped it with a metallic silver one and finished my work with a matte top coat. Again, I won't tell you nothing new, this stamping plate worked exactly like the other ones, very well. The patterns are well carved in and transfer easily on the nails.

Nail Team Challenge - Degrade

I thought that I won't participate to this weeks challenge. I had some sleepless nights and because of that my days were much harder than usual and I wasn't in the mood to do nails, but after all one night I pulled out my vibrant colors from my stash and decided to bring some joy on my nails. The theme was Alina's idea, the owner of the blog Just an Angel.

Because it is Easter time I decided to make a bright gradient with three colors. Of course I wasn't completely satisfied with the result and that's why I used some glitter on it and I painted some triangles on each nail. This is not my best work, but at least I have some bright colors on my nails :) I don't know how the weather is where you live, but here for two days we had snow and extremely cold wind. So of course I needed some bright colors on my nails!

I am curious about the other girls work!

Born Pretty Store stamping plate review

Time has come for a new review and again I have a rectangular stamping plate from the Born Pretty Store, with very stylish, retro patterns. It is the BP-L 005, that I am talking about. Again I made two manicures, one just simple stamped on a base color and for the other one I used the stamping decal technique.
I made a stamping decal with three regular polishes and the Born Pretty Black stamping polish. I choose a flower pattern and stamped it on my stamper. After that I applied the three colored polishes with the help of a dotting tool and finished it with a thin layer of clear top coat. After a few minutes my decal was dry and with the help of a tweezer I  removed it from the stamper and placed it on my nails. I applied again a layer of clear top coat for a glossy and smooth finish.

I like how these decals turned out however I have to work on this technique a lot to achieve a better stamping image, with neater details, but all in all it was fun to make these decals. I can imagine a lot of possibilities of different designs I could make with this wonderful stamping plate!

For the second manicure I used two polishes and I simple stamped on three of my nails one of the patterns I considered that it would look good on this dark base. I was very happy with the result.

Again, I was very satisfied with this rectangular stamping plate, the images are very well carved in and transferred easily on my nails!  Please tell me your opinion about this stamping plate and manicures. Which is your favorite one?
