Glitter is what we need!

I was in the mood to use glitter. I pulled out my unused polishes and I completely forget about a gorgeous polish called Disco Inferno that I won last year from SoNalicious. This polish is a mixture of light blues, reds and magenta glitters of all different shapes and sizes.

For the base I used a dark shade from Farmec - Deep Dive. OK, I know, this is a color proper for winter or autumn, but I think this stunning inky blue goes great together with the glitter polish, so why not use it now? This dark polish in dim light almost looks black, but you can see the rich blue tones in strong light conditions! I have to mention that I found no staining after removing this polish, as dark colors sometimes tend to do.

I added the colored glitter just on the base of my nails to not cover completely the beautiful dark blue color. I finished it with a clear top coat.

I hope you liked this simple mani.

Born Pretty Store Leaf & Feather Stamping plate review

I hope you are not already bored with my stamped nails, because today I have a new stamping plate review that I received from the Born Pretty Store

If you like to have delicate feathers on your nails and you're not skilled enough to paint them freehand, this plate is perfect for you. I am talking about the plate BP18 - Leaf & Feather Nail Art Stamp Template Image. Besides the feathers, as you can see you can find leaf images, theatrical masks, abstract swirls and an umbrella pattern. I find them all very cute, especially the umbrella :)!

Here is my manicure. I used a dark base polish and I stamped it with a metallic silver one and finished my work with a matte top coat. Again, I won't tell you nothing new, this stamping plate worked exactly like the other ones, very well. The patterns are well carved in and transfer easily on the nails.

If you like this stamping plate, you can find it here and you're welcome to use my discount code for any of your nail art or other purchase from the Born Pretty Store!

Thank you for stopping by!

Nail Team Challenge - Degrade

I thought that I won't participate to this weeks challenge. I had some sleepless nights and because of that my days were much harder than usual and I wasn't in the mood to do nails, but after all one night I pulled out my vibrant colors from my stash and decided to bring some joy on my nails. The theme was Alina's idea, the owner of the blog Just an Angel.

Because it is Easter time I decided to make a bright gradient with three colors. Of course I wasn't completely satisfied with the result and that's why I used some glitter on it and I painted some triangles on each nail. This is not my best work, but at least I have some bright colors on my nails :) I don't know how the weather is where you live, but here for two days we had snow and extremely cold wind. So of course I needed some bright colors on my nails!

I am curious about the other girls work!
