Detox smoothie

I have for you today a smoothie that I absolutely love and it has just 3 type of ingredients: a hand full of spinach, the zest of an orange and 2 medium kiwis.

Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and enjoy a fresh and mega healthy smoothie  that will energized your day!

Adding any citrus fruit to a smoothie containing raw spinach increases your body's ability to absorb many of the beneficial nutrients in spinach, including iron. Raw spinach also contains higher proportions of vitamin C. 

Green smoothies are a great way to eat veggies. Most people like fruits but not vegetables, so a smoothie is a perfect way to add the vitamins the veggies contain to your body. When you make a green smoothie, the taste of the greens are hidden by the taste of the fruit, so you won’t even notice that you actually drink vegetables!




Drink this or any other vegetable and fruit smoothies  as often you can
and your body will thank you!
