This time I
will post a simple recipe you can prepare it in about 12-15 minutes and the next day it will disappear quickly as you prepared it, if you have a family who loves sweets. This recipe is similar to sausage biscuit, but this time I put the ingredients in a pan.
Ingredients:
300 gr. biscuits
200 gr. butter or margarine
5 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
5 tablespoons sugar
½ zest of a lemon
2 tablespoons rum extract
1 tablespoon apricot jam
Chocolate glaze ( I used Dr. Oetker)

lapte
3 linguri cacao
5 linguri zahar
½ coaja rasa de lamaie
2 linguri esenta de rom
1 lingura dulceata de caise

the biscuits into small pieces. (I did it with a blender it goes faster). Melt the butter or the margarine and mix it with the biscuits, milk, sugar, rum extract, zest of half of a lemon (if you do not like it don’t use it), and a spoon full of apricot jam.
Sfaramati biscuitii in bucatele foarte mici. (eu am facut-o cu un blender, merge mai
repede). Topiti untul sau margarina si il amestecati cu biscuitii, laptele,
zaharul, esenta de rom, coaja de la o jumatate de lamaie (daca nu va place nu
este obligatoriu), si o lingura de dulceata de caise.
When all ingredients are well mixed put it in a foiled pan and place it in, in such a way to be about 1cm thick.
Cand toate aceste ingrediente sunt bine amestecate puneti
int-o tava folie de aluminiu si asezati-o in ea in asa mod incat sa fie de o
grosime de aproximativ 1 cm.
Prepare the chocolate glaze by directions on the package and put it on the biscuit dough. Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator until next day.
Pregatiti glazura de ciocolata dupa instructiunile de pe ambalaj si puneti peste aluatul de biscuit. Acoperiti si lasati in frigider pana urmatoarea zi.
Easy, no? This recipe will give you the freedom to combine ingredients that you like the most. If you don’t like the apricot jam you can put anything that has a bit sour taste. If you do not like the zest of the lemon, replace it with soaked raisins in rum. You can try lots of variations. I wish you good appetite!

ingredientele dupa placul vostru. Daca nui va place dulceata de caise puteti
pune orice altceva care are un gust mai acrisor. Daca nu va place coaja de la
lamaie, inmuiati stafide in putin rom si inlocuiti cu acesta. Va doresc pofta buna!

Chiar sunt delicioase, esenta de rom sa imbina exceptional cu biscuitii si gustul de cacao.
