Lemon cake

Spring is coming and I have for all of you a recipe as a march present. It is a fresh one! It's an extremely easy cake, you can prepare in about 15 minutes. But unfortunately you have to wait at least 24 hours until you can enjoy it

500 ml whipped cream
500 ml sour cream
4-5 tablespoons powdered vanilla sugar

25 pcs. lady fingers 
1 lemon
1 sachet vanilla sugar and a little water
Mint for 

500 ml frisca lichida
500 ml smantana
4-5 linguri de zahar pudra vanilat
Aprox. 25 buc. piscoturi zaharate
1 lamaie
1 plic zahar vanilat 
2 linguri apa
Menta pentru decor

Mix together the whipped cream, sour cream, powdered sugar and 
the grated peel of a lemon. 

Bateti frisca lichida, o amestecati cu smantana, zaharul pudra vanilat si 
coaja rasa de la o lamaie.

Squeeze the juce of the lemon and mixit with a bag of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of water. Take a cake form with removable edge and put a layer of lady fingers and soak it in with the lemon juice. Place a layer of whipped cream on it and then again a layer of soaked lady fingers. So that’s it put it  in the fridge.

Stoarceti zeama de la lamaie si amestecati cu 1 plic de zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie si 2 linguri de apa. Luati o forma de tort cu marginea detasabila in care puneti un strat de piscot pe care o imbibati cu zeama de lamaie. Pe ea asezati un strat de crema de frisca si dupa aceea din nou un strat de piscot imbibat cu zeama de lamaie. Atat, la frigider pana maine, daca aveti rabdare :)

Decorate it with fresh mint, but if you don’t have fresh ones sprinkle it with dried mint or 
put on it mint syrup. Very Fresh! Enjoy it.

Decorati cu menta proaspata dar daca nu aveti presarati –o cu menta uscata sau 
puneti pe ea sirop de menta. Very Fresh! Pofta buna.
