Essence - Special Effect Topper - Glorious Aquarius

Today I am going to show you the most beautiful special effect topper from Essence. I feel in love instantly when the lovely Mihaela (www.lacquerbuzz.com), gifted me with this beauty. I can not thank her enough. 

Glorious Aquarius is a clear base polish with turquoise and silver hexagonal and fine glitter. I applied a black base from Gabrini and put on the tips the 3D special effect topper. The different sized glitters don't feel rough after drying and it does not create bumps and has a great shinny finish.

I was curious how it will look with a matte finish so I added the Rimmel top coat. It is something very special about matte glitters, though I love the shinny effect too but matte shows the individual glitters better.
