The hot weather destroys
me! Yesterday some clouds begin to gather in the sky we were happy like children, an it rained, but today it's going to be an another hot day!
That's why I try to refresh myself and my family with homemade ice-cream. This
time I made a cantaloupe ice cream with pieces of fresh mint picked from the
garden.

incep sa se adune norii pe cer ne bucuram ca niste copiii, ieri in sfarsit a si ploat, dar azi continua canicula! Din aceasta cauza incerc sa ma
racoresc cu inghetata pregatita acasa. De data aceasta am incercat o inghetata din pepene cu bucatele de menta proaspata culese din
gradina.
Ingredients: 1 kg cantaloupe, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 sachets of
vanilla sugar, 2 egg yolks, ½ cup milk 1 vanilla yogurt, 200 ml whipped cream
Ingrediente: 1 kg pepene, 3 linguri zahar, 2 plicuri zahar vanilat,
2 galbenusuri de oua, jumatate de pahar de lapte, 1 iaurt cu gust de vanilie, 200
ml frisca lichida
Curatati pepenele si puneti zeama intr-un blender. Mixati-l pana se formeaza un continut lichidos din ea. Intre timp amestecati laptele, zaharul si galbenusul a doua oua si puneti in bain marine la foc. Amestecati pana se formeaza o crema. Lasati putin la racit dupa care adaugati iaurtul si pepenele lichid.

mixture in the freezer and after about an hour stir it once and continue to freeze
it.
Bateti frisca si amestecat-o cu crema de pepene. Puneti aceasta compozitie in congelator. Dupa aproximativ o ora mai amestecati o data si continuati congelarea.
Serve the sweet ice-cream with a few threads of fresh mint it will give him
a great taste! Enjoy.
