Smoothie with coconut milk

I need more energy these days and that's why I prepare daily a shake or smoothie with lot of fruit. I will post today a smoothie that contains carbohydrates and proteins.


Am nevoie de multa energie in urmatoarele zile si din aceasta cauza imi pregatesc zilnic dimineata cate un shake/smoothie cu fructe. Va prezint doar una care contine multe carbohidrati si protein.
Ingredients: 200 ml coconut milk, a small yogurt, 1 banana, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 cup frozen berries.
Ingrediente: 200 ml lapte de cocos, 1 iaurt mic, 1 banana, 2 linguri miere, 1 pahar mare de fructe de padure congelata

Mix all above ingredients in a blender and serve. It is refreshing and very healthy. I wish you good appetite. What is your favorite shake or smoothie?
Amestecati toate ingredientele de mai sus int-un blander si serviti. Este racoritor si foarte  sanatos. Va doresc pofta buna. Care este shake-ul/smoothie-ul vostru preferat?


I am so sorry that I don’t have as many pictures as I used to make, but the battery of my camera gave up after I made a few pictures. I have to buy an another battery, to have two of them, just in case!
