On 16th October I had my birthday and I thought to do a surprise for my family and friends, preparing a cake with chestnuts and chocolate. I do not like to spend much time in the kitchen and because of this I choose easy recipes to prepare any kind of food. This cake is a very easy one and extremely delicious.
In 16 octombrie am avut ziua de nastere si m-am gandit sa le fac o surpriza pietenilor si familiei mele, pregatind un tort cu castane. Nu imi place sa petrec mult timp in bucatarie si din aceasta cauza caut retete usoare. Acest tort este extrem de usor de pregatit si foarte delicios.

For the crust:
500 gr. grind biscuits
200 g butter or margarine, melted
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa
1.5 ml coffee
1 tablespoon of rum flavor
100 gr. chocolate pieces
250-300 gr. cherry compote
syrup of the compote
For the cream:
600 gr. chestnuts (when if it's fresh add 1 tablespoon of rum flavor, if it is frozen and already prepared with rum you do not need to add more flavor)
400 ml whipped cream
10 g gelatin
Ingrediente:
Pentru blat:
500 gr. biscuiti macinati sau zdorbiti
200 gr unt sau margarina topita
5 linguri zahar praf
5 linguri cacao
1,5 ml cafea
1 lingura aroma de rom
100 gr. bucati de ciocolata menajera
250-300 gr. compot de cirese
siropul compotului
Crema:
600 gr. castane (daca sunt proaspete trebuie adaugat 1 lingura de aroma de rom, daca aveti varianta congelata nu mai este nevoie sa ii adaugati alte ingrediente)
400 ml frisca
10 g gelatina
Preparation:
1. For the crust mix all the above ingredients, except the cherries and place it in a cake form and leave it in the fridge until you prepare the cream.
2. Prepare the gelatin according to directions on the package and mix it with the chestnuts and whipped cream to create a mousse. Put on the crust the cherries (previously strain them to not drip anymore) and add cream over it. Leave it in the fridge about 20-25 minutes.
3. Decorate with chocolate, whipped cream, cherries or whatever you want.

3. Decorate with chocolate, whipped cream, cherries or whatever you want.
Mod de pregatire:
1. Pentru blat amestecati toate ingredientele mai sus amintite, in afara de cirese si le asezati intr-o forma de tort si le lasati in frigider pana pregatiti crema.
2. Pregatiti gelatina dupa indicatiile de pe ambalaj si o amestecati cu castanele si frisca batuta spuma. Peste blatul scos din frigider asezati ciresele (in prealabil incercati sa le strecurati foarte bine ca sa nu mai picure din ele siropul compotului) si peste ele adaugati crema. Lasati la frigider aproximativ 20-25 minute.
3. Decorati cu ciocolata, frisca, cirese sau orice doriti.
