Essence and Maybelline combination

Hello lovely ladies,

I hope this week started well for you. I am counting the days until my holiday and of course I am preparing my self for the big day, this is why I don't have much time for my nails, but I wanted to show you the two new polishes I bought recently. Essence Glitz & Glam, from Glitter Jewels collection and Maybelline - Hooked on pink (212). I found that these polishes goo very well together!

essence - Glitz & Glam is a special effect topper, but this time I used it in 4 coats, without a base color. The particles have just distributed as they wanted, I didn't had many problems with it. It dried very quickly, and the consistency of it was totally fine. The shimmer of this topper is quite unique, depending from the light conditions, it sparkles in gold, green and blue shades.

Maybelline - Hooked on pink attracted me because of the bright almost neon pink shade. I applied it in two coats and it became totally opaque. The polish itself applies easily, streak free and it dries quickly to a cream finish! This color attracts the eye and for me is a perfect one for summer!

 

And guess what my daughter did until I took the photos, she painted her nails almost exactly like she saw how I did :)) I found it very cute and asked to pose for me :) She is very excited that I am going to show her nails on the blog!
